Instead of fixed plans, you choose exactly the modules you need. Start with a free 2D store and add capabilities like events, AI, CRM, or analytics — each with their own tier levels. Your total is simply the sum of your selected modules.

vcity charges a commission on sales made through your store. The rate decreases as you subscribe to more modules: 6% for free stores, 4% for $1-38/mo in modules, 2% for $39+/mo, and 0% for $100+/mo. The ~2.9% payment processor fee is separate.

Yes! Add, remove, or upgrade any module at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrade or cancel any module — no long-term contracts.

Bundles are pre-configured module combinations at a 10-20% discount. They're a quick way to get started — you can always customize later by adding or removing individual modules.

Events and webinars at their base price ($9/mo) are video-call experiences. To add immersive 3D environments, you need the Interactive 3D Environment module ($39/mo). So a full 3D event setup is $48/mo total.

Pay for 10 months, get 12 — that's a 17% savings. The discount applies to all modules, bundles, and the 3D store. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

AI modules (Robots and Data Chat) include a monthly allowance. If you go over, you're charged a small per-unit fee. For example, AI Robots Basic includes 500 messages — extra messages cost $3 per 1,000. No surprises, no hard caps.

Every store starts free with 7 built-in features. There's no trial on individual modules or the 3D store — they start at just $5-9/mo so you can try any capability affordably.
